After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in
Illustration, Brooklynite Nina Bays headed out to sunny Los Angeles for reasons
still unknown. She spent her first few years working in the animation industry
before deciding to try her hand at freelance life. She has since dabbled in the
print, record, television, and graphic industries, spreading her mixed media
collages like Cheez Whiz on crackers. She hopes to someday make an actual living
off of this so her mother will stop telling her that she should have been an
accountant. She also hopes to one day see her own likeness in a potato chip.
ANNABELLE FRUMBATT is Nina's first, but not last, book.
